The Secretary-General shall make arrangements, within the Committee's administration, for national delegations to receive assistance. These arrangements shall also permit each individual member to receive information and assistance in his official language. [...] [...] TITLE II. ORGANISATION AND PROCEDURE OF THE COMMITTEE [...] CHAPTER 2. PLENARY ASSEMBLY [...] Rule 15 - Agenda for the Plenary Session [...] 2. The draft agenda accompanied by all the documents requiring a decision listed therein shall be sent by the President to the members and alternates in their official language at least four weeks before the opening of the Plenary Session. The documents shall simultaneously be electronically retrievable. [...] 4. In exceptional and duly motivated cases where the deadline referred to in paragraph 2 cannot be met, the President may decide to include a document requiring a decision on the draft agenda provided the relevant document has been received by the members and alternates in their official language not later than one week before the opening of the Plenary Session. The reason for the application of this procedure shall be indicated by the President on the cover page of the document requiring a decision. |
